Thanks everybody for the information.
I think I am getting there. Have a fan, working on mocking up. However, I
am also thinking this ready made might be a alternative with a cleaner
install. Need to check out sizing.

The insulation around the pipes is in process. Great idea to drop some
reflectixe on the back of the fridge.
Switches and wiring the last piece of the puzzle. Thanks David for
narrowing down the switch options.
I'm not very good with electrics but hopefully can get it wired up.
