This is something I’m interested in doing also. I’m guessing is not a great idea to leave your van on the dollies for very long. They are probably made for that. Mostly it is not good to leave your tires in the same positions for long. They will deform leading to tread or sidewall separation.

It would best to move the van on the dollies to a new location and then put it up on jack stands. Then put it back on the dollies when you need to move it again.

Unless you plan on getting new tires when you’re done with the body work and are putting things back together, then maybe you can leave them on the dollies as long as the dollies are up to that kind of long term use.
