Hello people, I have small car disc brakes all around and my brakes would make an intermittent grinding sound but it would be brief and go away. Now the grinding sound is consistent during breaking and even a slight sound while driving and not really going away. I just took the caliper off to inspect the pads. One pad is definitely a little low and appears to have worn a little on an angle but I should have another 5k miles at least. I’m guessing the rotor may be a little warped that’s why it’s making that horrendous sound. Does anyone know where to source the rear pads and rotors and fronts while we’re at it? Should I go to an Audi/euro mechanic with the pads and rotors and see if they’ll get me the part or number? Thanks for any assistance peace tom |
