I went the Foam By Mail route, and for the upper bunk I ordered these sizes:
2" x 47-1/2" x 27-1/2" 2" x 47-1/2" x 44" And they fit the existing zip covers nicely. I don’t think you could go larger without making larger covers at the same time. -ben
