Hi Skip.  On Diane's and my RT. 66 trip, I had a fuse block meltdown that affected the radiator fan.  We left the Painted Desert/Holbrook area early in the AM, so fan not needed and drove down to Phoenix and Affordable German (great place) and he popped in a block from a '91 he had in back.  Quick and easy. With care, you have the talent to do it in your garage.  I believe our '87 goes faster with the '91 block.  They are somewhat interchangeable.  Maybe someone on the list can give you more info on interchangeability,   Dave B.

Thank you to all who replied.  Replacing 12 with a brand new fuse got most things that Bentley says are on 12 working.  Exceptions are power mirrors and A/C (but maybe that is someplace else).

Fuse 13 fell apart when I went to remove it.  I got a new fuse into what was left of the holder and now both front and rear heater blowers work.  Clearly a new fuse/relay panel is needed.
