I missed the "affecting the fuses" part... if that then the leak is
probably at windshield lower corner.
I had this problem due to a bad windshield replacement job (with new seal).
I fixed it by a thin paint scrapper and lift the lip of the seal, squeeze
int some clear silicone window caulking around the corner, few inches at a
time about 5 to 6 inches vertical and horizontal then clean up the residue.
