At this point I try refuse to install or at least warranty the OEM design bushings. For the PowerFelx I have only experienced 1 failure, on my van. Chris provided warranty replacement no questions asked. Great service. Unfortunately that bushing failed while in Florida. In the 1,200 mile trip home the front set of Nokians were destroyed with one tire taken down to the steel belts. Of course there was my labor and then a wheel alignment. Anyway, as part of my response, any bushing that requires lubrication will need some follow up service at some point. For this part that requires disassembly to do right. If paying for labor the part cost becomes incremental and only part of the expense. A failure during a trip also means a trip interruption. At best here is a day off your vacation or force it home as I did. For the GW bushing while they may get squeaky or other wise annoying I don't see tem jamming up or disintegrating causing a trip interrupting failure. I could be wrong. I have only installed 2 sets so not enough experience. My go to is is currently the PowerFlex.
