The IMI starter is junk, bad batch, who knows? My Subie converter and me agree. I had two of them, and awful frustrations, no fun on a cross-country roadtrip. Ugh. Your fantastic adapter with the Bosch TDI starter motor immediately and I think forever (or so) has solved this. Karl....again...great job on this innovation.
