There is also a difference in the skylights themselves. Ours (both single and dual pane) are made using the original Delta Six / Westfalia molds and meet OEM specs. The fit is more precise (so no leakage) and there is the correct amount of flex. The latter was actually a factory design criterion - rigid enough to seal properly, but flexible enough that if it got smacked when open it would absorb the impact rather than transferring it through the hinges to the fiberglass poptop itself.
