Dan, I’ve been fooling with led lamps for a couple of years now. I’ve noted some observations on the blog. These particular lamps, well I ran them for almost a year as main headlights. And I liked the low beam pattern and brightness. The high beams I think lack something, and I noted that in my previous experiments with others. Using them as aux lights is not a bad idea. Right now I have them dipped a bit, not much, but it gives me a good low beam fill. Toying with the idea if side adjustment to give me more of a ditch light ( for logging roads etc) .
I’ll add more to the blog about any test results. Pics don’t quite convey the full picture but they can help. Alistair
