 You are far better off removing the two larger 8mm bolts that hold the housing / waterpump to the block rather than the two small 6mm bolts that hold that plate (where that hose connects) to the housing - they always break...stay away from them.  Once you remove the bolts for the waterpump, pull the housing and waterpump away from the block...replace the hose and maybe the waterpump since it is off...and reinstall.  Then bleed...
