Yes. Here in Washington even fishing is now verboten. I'm all for doing our best to curtail the spread of the infection, but fishing? Can I get the virus from a creek, or spread it to others while out in the middle of one? I was actually planning to go fishing in a few days, get out to a non-dangerous situation. All state lands are closed to the public, too. I suppose the state has determined that deployment of enforcement and safety personnel is a risk.
