 Trying again to send this after some coaching from Vanagon List folks....here is the Dropbox link, but I am pretty dubious that it will work, that ListServ thing is adept at stripping everything; but worth another try.  I've even asked the moderators for help, but it might just be impossible....that whole AC isn't DC thing, or something along those lines.
