It's a deeply flawed platform, no question about that. I manage to use it effectively -- Messenger particularly -- in doing support. Ability to see on the spot photos instantly is wonderful. But often people send me a photo when I'd much prefer they answer with words, which seemed curious. Well, I got a smart phone the other day and it turns out it's a lot easier to send a photo than to type on one.

Flawed or not though, it's where the people are.
