Okay David 

Cranked it up and all is normal till temp hits about 120 F. Starts to hesitate.
Checked sensor voltage  .92
Disconnected heater plug.
Still hesitating voltage .89
BUT WAIT!!!!!!
Let it run for another 15 min to warm up more.
Hesitation seems a little better. voltage is .6
Voltage continued to come down to around  0.47 and stumble went away. Reving up normal.

David congrats Good Job. Thank You so much.

So is my heater circuit shorted on the sensor end or the harness end?
I could probably run it disconnected, just would be a hair slower reaching closed circuit?
