Every now and then I go check things out on Facebook.   It brings me no joy.  

        There is some good info out there but there is so much time spent with people sharing pithy comments usually attached to a picture. 


        To be fair, I even find myself unable to be helpful using the format.  The way the posting works doesn’t lend itself for technical support. 

Sadly, many of the attempts at humor are either not funny or even offensive.  

These days the threshold of what is acceptable seems a bit too low for me.  What used to be ok for late night lounges is now ok for open exchanges among large groups. 

Being crass seems to be mistaken for real humor.

I’ve actually been considering posting the vanagon.com <http://vanagon.com/> subscription info in a few Facebook groups suggesting folks ask their questions there.  I doubt many of them now even know we are here. 

The population is split over many Facebook groups. 

Stick around folks,  I expect my van back in a month or so and will need you all for the many improvement and maintenance projects ahead.

I saved myself some fun tasks.

Anyone install the third GW upper brake light?

Anyone do the GW rear back up light kit? 
And, not to mention a rear light hinge project!

Also, plan to post requests for advice on a  silly addition I’d like to make to the bus.
