Dennis, I have the South African foil replacement thing going on. I disconnected it to try start. Right now I don’t know if no dash connection will allow start.

The dynamic oil pressure control board also gets the signal off the ECU control side of the coil. How it knows when you are over 2,000 rpm. Yes the instrument cluster foil can shut you down.
