Before you try driving it try checking the intake manifold runners for temperature with the engine running. A stuck intake valve will be apparent as that runner won't be cooled by air flowing through it or it will get hot from cylinder gasses going into it.
Another quick test for a missing cylinder is to use an infrared thermometer on the exhaust ports. The one near coolant temp is the one with no fire.

Took a fuel sample, looked clear, but possible small amount of water in the bottle, after letting it sit.
So, added a can of "dry-gas" to the full tank, and seems to have improved slightly, maybe 20% better.
I plan to take it on the road on Saturday to test performance and see if it stalls like before.
