Thanks for re-posting that Eric.  I've gotten used to catching up because of posts not received (I am NOT dissing gerryvanagon. they do well with what they have). I would have missed the happy ending post. and I Was quite interested, and concerned, about Gregg. his Westy, and now his wife.  They can be a strong influence :0)).  Glad he got to camp in his camper.  I have been in the same place more than once over my Westy times.  Sometimes a PITA, but often tempered by a place to sleep in the back.  A really comfy place in the midst of the storm.

        Thanks for the update.  It sounds like you made great choices and all worked out.

Keep us posted as to your final decision on the alternator.
