Hi Mark and others,

It seems that if you are patient these seats still show up.

I have been given a brown one in lovely condition that matches my 85. I also have a grey one. I only use them in the van about once a year.

I use them as small couches the rest of the year.

Still, if someone with a grey van needs a middle seat I’ll give it to them. I actually use the grey one in my van more as it feels a bit lighter, so easier to install. I’m probably imagining it but maybe they lightened it somehow.

Both my middle seats have two arm rests. I suspect this means they were originally in passenger vans. But they slide in on the rails.

I’ve learned to remove one arm rest by the driver’s side to get a perfect fit.

Is the actual Westie jump seat different? Mine is a two seater.

I also have the single seat option. That usually sits on a rocking chair base I made for it. But it is ready to pop into the van if needed.
