My white 85 auto Westfalia (Eric’s twin) also has rails (maybe all 85s do?) I found a double seat in the same brown fabric a couple of years ago. It’s a great addition although super heavy and a pain in the butt to install. The fabric is the same brown velour, but without any “texture” that the front or rear bench have if you know what I mean. Always wondered if that was original or recovered? It has seatbelts, headrests (grey ones that don’t match) and folds down for rear entry. I assume they are all the same?

I am still looking for light brown headrests if there are any out there.

I still have the original brown carpet that hides under a new remnant that I buy every so often. Would like to keep the tracks exposed rather than hidden under layers of carpet or potentially a solid solution. Was anything available originally for a floor covering or was everything exposed?

Thanks Jeff

What year did the grey interior start? Or maybe that was used on the same rails in later passenger vans?
