While , after testing hazard light and turn signal switch and all bulbs and
sockets. Big duh, remembered had original VW #21 turn signal/hazard light
relay in my DOKA. Switched out the 'new' CRP relay sold by many for the
original VW 21 relay...glow gone in the 85 , moved the 'glow' to the  91
DOKA. Guess I will be ordering a new original VW relay.
