Most Syncros came with ET39 wheels. Some used ET30 for 205 width 14" tires. Factory Syncro 16" wheels were ET34.

ET45 can work ok on Syncros but the tire size matters. If the wheels you are considering will require longs wheel studs anyway you might as well add spacers to put the ET in the 30s.
