I'm with Drew on this. If the odometer has been replaced, that information
should be available in vehicle documentation. If not, and the seller
sounds fishy regarding why the roll back, I would be out of the deal. If
the seller can't be trusted on one matter, probably can't be trusted to be
up front on other matters, maybe hiding more. Cynical? You bet, it pays
to be.
