My windshield did the same thing after hours of research on the samba decided to seal it myself. I finally siliconed the window side of rubber and body side On the outside and no more leak. Originally I just did a third up the side on the inside like one fella suggested but that didn’t work. I used regular silicon but this stuff is way better.
