Subject: Off topic: roll pin extraction
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="UTF-8"

Hi All,

Taking a chance here. (Friday) I'm trying to extract a roll pin that has a diameter of about 1/16th inch. from a rod that is about 1/2 - 1/3 inch. I'm having a devil of a time getting it out as it is part of a vertical blind that is about 16 feet long. I'm trying not to take the blinds down. So I'm working at an awkward angle with very little leverage. I've tried knocking it out with no success. The dremel bits I don't have the umf needed to muscle through it. I'll probably got the hardware store for some carbide bits but I wanted to run this past the list just in case someone here has any clever ideas...

Thanks,

Steven 91 Westy
