hi all,

Q: is there a way to wire day time running lights on the vanagon that will
be on anytime you turn the ignition switch ON? (no need to turn the
headlight switch one click).
Another way to put it: is there a way to wire the parking lights to be ON
anytime I start the van without having to use the headlight switch?

here's my DIY wiring that requires to turn the headlight switch one click
(the parking light) every time start the van. On the front bumper I install
a pair of  small LED lights wired to parking light circuit on the yellow
blinkers. Sometime I forgot to turn it on so it's quite useless. On cars
that have day time running lights it's ON on only the front not the front
and rear, my DIY wiring has both.
