That 130 hose is the hardest working hose in a 2.1 van.

It attaches right to the hot head metal and carries hottest coolant from the head to the hose junction that feeds the radiator and heaters. It is also subject to the stress of the moving engine at one end and held fixed at the other end while being a short hose overall.

I would replace it!
