OK  I did realize the errors of my ways  etc

I did not read Dennis’ e mail correctly took the idea of a closer power source …  the resisters up front  ( know that they are not the power source }….
with a look at the Bentley P 87.3  and jumped to the conclusion that the relay for the high speed fan was by the fan..   seeing the wires poking through a hole in the baffle  only connived me   …more     ….  It seemed like a good easy way to   hook up the new horn power right close by and could just use the wires going to the original horn to activate the relay

Watched the Gowesty install video for their air horn ….  I do not have their kit  … but it is the same basically   Minus their kit

As per their video instructions  to hook up the relay 

I located the Brown wire with the Blue tracer  #15 with the yellow area  and the Black wire with the Yellow  tracer  #13  yellow area

The Black wire Yellow tracer checks with continuity to be ground 

The Brown wire  Blue tracer one would assume would be the HOT  when the horn ring is activated …….  But this does not seem to work 

Checking with the Fluke and do not get 12 volts from this wire when the horn button is activated 


Any idea which wire is the +  horn wire if it is not the  Brown wire  Blue tracer  as per Gowesty
