Hi Jeff,

I don’t have a bus here to look at but my memory says go to the part of the seat that has the lever that you lift up to slide the seat back and forth. Below that lever is a small metal tab just sticking out from the plastic cover. This tab or little lever must be raised to slide the seat off or on the rails.
