Thanks for sharing the photos - you are embarking on a lot of work.  I
recently replaced the fuel line from the rusty sending unit to the engine
fuel system return and looking at your tank photos that looks like the
original fuel line.  As well it looks like your plastic float valves are
still in good shape and intact.
