I'm on both, have been for awhile and I am not a fan of fb. It has it's
uses. plus that's where a lot of the people are.

Now in the VW world I use the list for technical stuff, it's worked great
for 25+ years & I can go back and look for advice on a problem in the
archives.  In fb I cannot go back & find a comment i made this morning  let
alone something technical.

Maybe I need to learn to search fb better?   FB is great for a soundbite
and a quick picture but not so much on how to shim up the rear brakes....

No matter, if you think I should be gone because my opinion about fb is
part of the "negativity" then by all means hit that ban button and pull my
email from this list. You've always been pretty good at doing what's right,
I'll hope for the best.  But everything else is changing so that might be
too.
