They probably share a common fuse in the front fuseblock for ignition.

Ignition is fed through the fan switch, either to the A/C fans directly, or to the 3rd/4th speed relay inthe left D-pillar cover. Same for the power windows.

Rear of fuseblock, Pins "G". I think G3 and G5 (hereĀ“s your grain of salt)
