Congratulations! I did this Mod this past winter and wished I did it
sooner. I would pull the dash and pull the heater box wash and reseal put a
new heater core and blower motor and go with the vanistan ram air control
modification. It makes a huge difference in cabin comfort especially in
these hot summers. If you have the heater box out you can make two knew air
intake ports to recirculate cabin air Plus you can control ram air. It’s a
huge upgrade No more hot foot and cleaning all that 30 year old filth out
of the heater box makes for much cleaner air. My two cents. Mechanically
check the usual suspects suspension bushings brakes. I did the bmw brake
booster as well and am extremely pleased with the upgrade. I don’t have to
stand on the pedal to stop anymore going down a big hill and hitting a
tight turn like n the kancamagus highway in New Hampshire. Cheers tom
