I like Chevron Techron, from Costco, best prices and LiquiMoly is also great. I usually run two consecutive tanks, also this stuff helps remove water in fuel, and our vans are VERY particular and sensitive to any level of water that accumulates in the fuel.

Besides the fuel pressure regulator it could be bad or clogged fuel injectors. I'd suggest using one can or 2 of fuel injector cleaner on half a gas tank (LiquiMoly, Chevron or Seafoam) to see if there's any change.
