Hi, I want to change the fluid in my 4 speed transmission. Before I did the last change, I had bought Redline MT-90 but then at the recommendation of my mechanic put in Royal Purple 75W-90 synthetic. I still have the MT-90 and was wondering what the list's wisdom is regarding putting it in vs. purchasing Royal Purple 75W-90? Originally, I had gone to AA Transaxle's website and figured MT-90 would be best. https://aatransaxle.com/warranty-information We recommend Redline MT90 for a break in Gear Oil and then use a name brand 75/90 synthetic on most transmissions. Thoughts? Thanks, Steve W. |
