The same main A/C relay contact used for the middle speed pressure switch and middle speed relay control also provides the direct power for the radiator fan on low speed through the resistor when A/C is on.

Bentley page 97.144 current track 21 which feeds to track 36 on 97.145 which connects to radiator low speed resistor pin 2, same as the rad temp switch low speed does.
