The Grandchildren were over for the weekend and I didn’t have time to attend to this.  They’re gone now so back to work.  

 

Put the ground cable back on and fan is still engaged.  So I first unplugged the temp switch on the radiator.  No change.  Pulled the main A/C relay on the “D” pillar and the fan stops.  Go to the Bentley to follow the current path, but admittedly I never did learn how to really read the wiring diagram.  I can follow a simple path, but the a/c boggles my mind.  Went to my basement to pull the relay from an A/C system I bought years ago that I bought for spare parts.  Plugged it in and presto, all works as it should.

Well, my car finally gave me something to do.  When returning from running

errands yesterday the low speed fan would not shut off.  I resorted to

disconnecting the battery to shut it off and save the battery from deep

discharge.

 

 

 

Anyone want to weigh in on the most like culprit.  My guess is the

temperature switch on the radiator.
