I appreciate all the info here; some propane tank work has been on my list. What's the best procedure if the tank is full? (Will a shop be able to recover or drain the propane?) I had a recent fill, and mine runs only the stove, so it will be a few years before it's empty again of its own accord. Have any of you mounted the regulator to the van body, and used some sort of a high-pressure flex line from there to the shutoff valve? I damaged my shutoff valve offroading, and I'm interested in replacing that and getting the regulator out of harm's way. Thanks, Alex |
