I have a pair of Knipex. Really nice.

At this point in my life, if I find a tool that is a marked improvement on one of my existing ones, I'll often go for it and either sell or more likely donate the prior one. That said, one upgrade per quarter is about it. Last time, I picked up a Starrett Tap Wrench, which gives me such better control over the smaller taps, than the wrench that came with the 30 year-old Craftsman set.
