I think he's looking for the Canadian wiring for daylight driving... I don't find it, but I think the Canadian wiring bypasses the parking light (or headlights) position on the light switch. So... on a Canadian van, when the driver turns the ignition ON, the parking light (or headlights) comes ON, no need to use the light switch.
