I've a friend here in Birmingham with a 1991 Carat with the very last engine in it that Boston Bob ever built. Long story. But the van is for sale. My friend suffered a back injury and is wheelchair confined and will never drive again. He wants to sell it. The engine has 50,000 miles on it since Bob rebuilt it. Nearly all of that driving was cruising between here and Atlanta and back. The van has, unfortunately, been parked for a little over a year. If anyone is interested just drop me a note here, On Sat, Oct 24, 2020 at 2:43 PM Eric Caron <ericcaron96@comcast.net> wrote: > Hi Jeff, > Great to hear! > > I’ll have the Stainless exhaust and the 2.3 and big brake kit just in case > I need the stopping power. > > Actually, my drives were more concerned about my brakes then my engine > power! > > Maybe once complete I’ll be able to keep up with you.
