Wow!

That is strange. My air cooled memory says just the threee.

I wonder if it was on the outside with the crush washer and just stuck there.

On my 1.9 I had a kind of plastic washer and I used it over and over for the 7 years I had the fan. No leaks. I’d kind of like to know what that was and where to get more!
