Did this last winter huge upgrade in air quality. While you are in there may as well get the ram air kit from intrepid overland and upgrade the brake booster to the bigger Audi booster I think it’s a huge upgrade to braking ability. I have all disc brakes arnd and wasn’t impressed till the brake booster upgrade now I stop on a dime. To seal the flaps go to the hardware store and get foam with sticky backing. Get a thin wide foam for the flaps and a thicker narrow foam to seal the box and around the heater core. I went to the homedepot.
