Subject: Sun Visor Options
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="UTF-8"

Greetings and Happy New Year Vana-goners!

The sun visors in my '91 Westy and still functioning to spec, which is to say, poorly.

Unfortunately, I have a commute that has me heading north right when the sun is to the west. As we've all experienced, the visor is too small when deployed against the driver's window. Most 3rd party solutions seem to be cheesy sliders held in place by elastic straps or flip down plastic shades. The former will stretch and quickly become useless, while the latter is for another problem which I don't have.

I'm looking for a more permanent fix. Is anyone aware of a visor for another VW model or other vehicle that can easily be retrofitted to work within our vans?

With appreciation, -MB -- ________________________________________________________________________ Mark Belanger - mbelanger@gmail.com
