Ahh-hh...excellent clues into this mess.  It seems like anything that uses iOS like iPhone or iPad are compatible with our ancient interface and email.  Meanwhile, Apple communications which use OSX are no good.  Right...Firefox (which I use), Safari, Chrome....oh my.  Complicated.

Well beyond my pay grade, that is for sure!!

For now, my best suggestion is daily open Spam folder.
