After looking at the pictures I wonder if it will be easier and cost less to get panels from a wreck or dead van, cut them out and weld them in. EIther that or you have to cut a piece of clean sheet of metal, bend, hammer in to make the shape and then weld in but it won't look as good as pre-molded metal panels.
