I've kept a spreadsheet for a long time. How long? Well, it's in Lotus 123! I enter current mileage on the cover sheet and a notification pops up if maintenance is due. It's the only way I can keep track of the four vehicles I'm responsible for.

It also has a sheet with hyperlinks to relevant web pages, documents, emails, Adobe files, etc. There are easily 1,000 links. It's organized by the repair groups in Bentley.
