I'd suggest calculating total Amp draw of loads on the aux battery system first. This will be a big factor in determining required parts and system design.

Apologies if Dennis already wrote of this but I'd suggest designing the system with "head room" for future added loads. e.g. size wires from charge source(s) to aux battery and from battery to new fuse panel, accordingly.

One common mistake that's easily made is under sizing things like the battery and/or solar charge system. Having to upsize parts like battery later on, is a drag.
