This time I have to say it. I chased a random clunk/rattle, ‘like a wrench left in a cavity’ or like a sizable stone have gotten caught somewhere that rattled occasionally. You said not suspension, but … mine was a loose right front shock mount. Everything was in place, but there was no nut on the top.

It’s a funny kinda rattle, clunking. It’s really becoming a moby dick thing with me :-)
